Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AuraLabs services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

AuraLabs provides digital solutions for restaurants and cafés, including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Branding and digital identity creation
• Technology solutions and integrations
• Digital marketing services
• Ongoing support and maintenance

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Monthly payments for ongoing maintenance services
• Late payment fees may apply after 30 days

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom designs and content created specifically for their project. AuraLabs retains rights to proprietary code, frameworks, and methodologies used in development.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely content and materials
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Maintaining backup of their data
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

AuraLabs' liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Support and Maintenance

Support terms vary by project and will be specified in individual agreements. Standard support includes bug fixes and minor updates. Additional features or major changes may incur additional charges.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
